A2: Our factory is located in Guanqiao Town,Anxi,Fujian province,China. It is about 40 minutes' driving from Xiamen North Railway Station, or 1 hour's driving from Xiamen airport.
A3: Our factory covers 8000 sqaure meters, with a production area of 7500 square meters and a showroom of 1200 square meters, showing more than 3000 items for your selection.
A4: Yes, it normally takes us 7-14 days to prepare the samples. As per our policy, we will charge you two times of quoted prices for the sample fee, and we will not pay the freight.
A5: Our factory has a higher capacity for customized development, design and OEM processing.
A6: Our MOQ is 100 units per furniture items, or US$ 1000 for other small items. Max.10 items mixed for 20'Gp, or 15 items mixed for 40'Gp(HQ).
A7: We usually quote our pricings based on 40'GP FCL order, additional $300 per order for 20'Gp FCL, or 10% price increase for any LCL orders. For any airfreighted orders, we will quote you the airfreight separately.
A8: Normally we need 60 days, which can be negotiated for any big orders or urgent orders.
A9: We prefer L/C Sight or 30% deposit, 70% T/T against the copy of B/L.
A10: Yes, we have, we are experienced with the mail order packaging.
A11: We warrant our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction
A12: Yes, we are approved by BSCI (DBID:387425 ), available for other customerized factory audit.
